Saud started his career with Muhammad Pervez Kaleem's "Gunnah". He was later cast by Syed Noor for his blockbuster "Hawain". Saud was a pet actor in Shamim Ara's and Sangeeta's films. It is belived that Shamim Ara deliberately brought Saud to counter Babar Ali who was the first choice of the producers at that time. Although Saud has worked in many movies but he could never reached the star status due to his card board expressions and flat dialogue delivery. His career almost finished with the failure of "Babu". His other movies include "Pal do pal", "Chaudhrani", "Ziddi", "Khelona", "Sapnay Apnay Apnay", "Hum tumhare hain" etc. (by Moosa Raza, Australia)
