Mr. KERRY (for himself and Mr. LUGAR) introduced this bill; which was read twice, considered, read the third time, and passed.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2010 through 2014 to promote an enhanced strategic partnership with Pakistan and its people, and for other purposes.

But in real there are many sections which may be against pakistan or pakistanies.

What you people think? Should Pakistan Accept this bill or not?
